  • pregnancy rights
  • time off for ante-natal appointments
  • pregnancy-related sickness
  • redundancy and maternity leave
  • returning to work
  • requests for flexible working

You will come away with detailed knowledge on how to manage employees who are pregnant or on maternity leave.


The session is delivered by Laura Donnelly, Associate Employment Solicitor at Martin Searle solicitors, and is part of their Mind The Bump campaign which aims to eradicate pregnancy and maternity discrimination in the workplace.
