This session will provide practical legal advice on restructuring staff teams, changing staff contacts, amending staff hours and duties and how to fairly make redundancies.

- The legal definition of redundancy
- Following a fair redundancy process
- Alternatives to redundancy
- Changing contractual terms
- Terminating employment and offering re-engagement on new terms
Attendees will leave with a detailed introduction on best practice for employers when changing contractual terms or making redundancies.
