Are you new to volunteer management or coordination? Or perhaps looking to refresh your skills? If so, our training might be just what you are looking for.
This training provides an overview of the key principles and best practice in volunteer management and is designed for anyone who supports or manages volunteers within their organisation or group.
How will this help me and my group/organisation?
- Develop knowledge and strong foundations in volunteer management and practice, and understand why it matters
- Build your confidence in managing and coordinating volunteers
- Learn how to embed supportive and inclusive approaches for volunteers
- Increase your awareness of key legal considerations related to volunteering
- Explore ways to create a fulfilling and meaningful experience for volunteers and yourselves
By the end of the training you will have an increased understanding of what best practice looks like and ways to apply it within your organisation or group, as well for your own practices.
Please note: If you are looking for training specifically focused on volunteer recruitment and induction, this training will only touch upon it as we hold separate dedicated training for this.
