The Partnership led by Impact Initiatives, includes: Sussex NHS, Brighton and Hove City Council, Bridging Change, Brighton and Hove Food Partnership, Citizens Advice Brighton and Hove, the Hangleton and Knoll Project, Switchboard, The Clare Project, Trust for Developing Communities, Time to Talk Befriending and Together Co.
