About Tommy's Community Kitchen and Bakery CIC
Tommy's Community Kitchen aims to provides community cookery classes and community meal events as well as providing nutritious ready meals for those that need them in our community bringing people together to help combat social isolation and loneliness. Our town centre space is also available for other community groups to use free of charge. Our introduction to catering and hospitality programme is designed to support neurodiversent young people, young people from the home schooling community and other young people with barriers to work and provide them with skills that will enable them a better chance of gaining employment. We have own onsite Tea Room and Bakery and hope to grow so we can employ some of these young people whom are regularly over looked when it comes to gaining employment.
