Brighton and Hove Foster Carer Association is an independent charity, which exists to support foster carers and foster parents approved by Brighton and Hove City Council. The board of trustees consists of 8 trustees who support approximately 150 fostering families, their children and their foster children. This is done by providing events for foster carers and foster parents to meet and build networks of support for each other but also for the children they look after. It also advocates for foster carers and foster parents and their children to ensure their needs are at the forefront of decision making and policy development.
