We help young people believe in themselves, build the skills that matter, and connect with a future they’re excited about. ​The Love Local Jobs Foundation is a registered charity working with young people who are struggling with confidence, aspiration, and direction. Through mentoring, real stories from local employers, and honest conversations about life and work, we help young people identify what’s holding them back and find the confidence and skills to move forward. We work in partnership with schools, ethical employers, public sector organisations, and community groups to create meaningful, real-world opportunities that prepare young people not just for jobs, but for life beyond school.
