We are a registered charity and a company limited by guarantee founded in 1998 as the Brighton and Hove Community and Voluntary Sector Forum (CVSF). We are governed by its Memorandum and Articles of Association.

Our trustee board

Trustees retire by rotation at the annual general meeting (AGM). Trustees serve a maximum of six years service.

The board elects three honorary officers every year. A Chair, Vice-Chair, and Treasurer.

The board meets quarterly and provides leadership, strategic direction and accountability.

The board appoints three sub-committees to support its work:

· Finance and Risk Sub-Committee

· Personnel and Equality Sub-Committee

· Strategic Development Sub-Committee
