Join us for our next Health & Social Care Network event to hear the latest news and what it means for you as an organisation focused on health and social care outcomes in Brighton & Hove. Our speakers will cover the new NHS Commissioning Intentions, recent updates to the Index of Multiple Deprivation measures and where you can access data, and how the Health Counts survey findings – revealing health inequalities – are being implemented locally.
There will also be an interactive session on Winter Readiness with the opportunity to discuss how we collectively support people and communities through the winter, and what else may be needed in Brighton & Hove. Insights gathered will be shared with public sector partners to help inform local planning and coordination of support over the winter period and shared in Community Works’ Winter Readiness web resource.
