About Young People's Centre

Impact Initiatives’ Young People’s Centre (YPC) is a welcoming, accessible and inclusive space for young people in central Brighton. We offer a range of free services and activities, including one-to-one support, creative and wellbeing groups, and informal drop-in sessions. The YPC is home to Impact’s Children and Young People’s (CYP) Team, as well as a range of other local youth support organisations. Together, we provide a hub of holistic support tailored to the diverse needs of young people: from emotional wellbeing and mental health to housing, education, and employment. By working in partnership, we ensure young people can access the right support, in the right place, at the right time. The YPC is run by Impact Initiatives, a Sussex-based charity with over 40 years’ experience providing a voice, hope and change for Sussex people in need. Our aim is to empower young people to feel safe, supported, and hopeful about their future.
