About Brighton Energy Co-op
Brighton Energy Co-op is a simple idea: everyone puts in a bit of cash and collectively builds big solar energy systems. We're a Community Benefit Society with 600+ members. We've raised over £5 million to build 120+ community-owned solar energy project in Sussex, Surrey & Kent. We're always looking for large rooftops to put our fully-funded solar systems on - this is our local action on Climate Change. Our Community Fund pays for free Renewable Energy & Carbon Footprint workshops in local schools, grants to community projects, as well as other community education events. Get involved!
