The Setu CIC delivers equality, diversity, inclusion and belonging training, consultancy, and organisational development across public, third, and private sectors. Led by two complexly disabled practitioners, we offer capacity building, leadership development, and a unique Lived Experience Library: a digital archive of intersectional life narratives for educators and decision-makers. All surplus funds our social mission.
