Reflections on our 2025 AGM
Over 80 individuals gathered for our AGM, AI and working through change together session
Over 80 people joined us at Southwick Community Centre to hear from inspirational speakers on the power, potential and challenges of AI, catch up on our latest updates, help celebrate our achievements and network with others from the sector.
Speakers included:
- Our CEO Jess Sumner, our Chair, Ian Bretman, and our Trustee, Geoff Shanks, reflecting on Community Works’ finances and service delivery in 2024/25
- Atif Choudhury, CEO and Accessibility and Inclusion Lead at Calling All Minds, with his presentation “Humans at the Heart: Shaping the Future of Wellbeing with AI and Trust”
- Jess O’Neill, Partnerships Lead at Plinth, with her presentation on the Plinth application that can be used both as a CRM and a grant application tool
AXS Passport: Exclusive Community Works Member Offer
During his speech, Atif shared details of AXS Passport, a platform that people can use to provide their accessibility information to organisations to help them understand and meet their needs.
The platform aims to remove barriers and simplify inclusion so everyone feels seen, supported, and able to take part from the very start. For charities, voluntary groups, and social enterprises, this means being able to create more inclusive community programmes, volunteer opportunities, and events, without adding admin or complexity.
For Community Works members, there is access via the Community Works account, so you can explore what it has to offer and they are offering an exclusive early-adopter opportunity, access to 50 AXS Passport licences for just £500, giving your organisation six months of full access to the platform.
This special offer is available for two weeks only and provides the chance to experience how AXS Passport can make your events and programmes more inclusive, from planning to delivery.
Want to learn more? If you’d like to speak with the Calling All Minds team to discuss how AXS Passport can support your organisation, please email us at hello@callingallminds.com.
For information on how your information will be used by the platform see the AXS Passport Security information in the Downloads box below.
You can access the Community Works AXS Passport account as a ‘dummy account’ to explore the platform here.
